The Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) program at the University of Georgia is more than just a college opportunity, it’s an immersive leadership experience designed to prepare undergraduate students to become officers in the United States Air Force and United States Space Force.

As a cadet, you’ll grow both mentally and physically while developing strong leadership skills that will serve you not only as an officer, but throughout your life. You’ll build lifelong friendships, take part in unique experiences, and join a community committed to excellence, service, and integrity.

Cadets are students first, pursuing degrees in any academic major while training to lead in high-responsibility roles. Air Force ROTC offers a clear path after graduation, commissioning you as an officer with leadership responsibilities starting on day one.

Whether you choose to continue your service in the Air Force or Space Force or transition to the private sector, the values, skills, and experience gained through AFROTC will prepare you for long-term success and leadership in any field.
