Tiffany Payne is the Fiscal Affairs Manager for the Office of Instruction. In this role, she provides financial oversight for UGA’s Domestic Field Studies programs and assists with budget planning and management for units reporting to the Vice President for Instruction. Her position also works collaboratively with several Units and groups on campus.
She joined UGA in 2014 and has held many financial positions across campus in Bursar and Treasury Services, the College of Family and Consumer Sciences, and the Office of Global Engagement. Tiffany has completed the High Impact Leadership and FACTS programs at UGA and was previously a UGA Finance and Administration Customer Service Merit Award finalist.
Tiffany holds two degrees from UGA: a bachelor’s degree in art history and a master’s degree in public administration.
